Shipping policy
When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once the order is packed and ready for shipment (typically 1-2 business days), you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Products will typically be shipped UPS Ground for standard orders and generally take 2-4 days to reach most shipping locations in the continental United States once they have been shipped. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon confirmation of fulfillment.
Canada orders will typically take 3-9 days to reach most shipping locations.
Shipping Fees:
Orders of a combined total of $50 and up have free shipping.
Orders less than $50 will have a flat rate shipping fee of $15.
We only ship within the Continental United States and Canada, we can ship to APO or FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping outside of Canada at this time.
For order cancellations please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible, if your order has not shipped yet we can cancel the order for a full refund within one business day of receiving the request.
